The description in the book The Encounter between Christianity and Pancasila has a unique perspective, namely Christian-theological. The perspective used is typical Christian sources: the Holy Scriptures, Tradition, Magisterium, and the Church’s practice of life. The main ideas contained in the Pancasila principles are dialogued, reviewed, and read from a Christian perspective.Through this book, the KWI Theological Commission offers a unique reflection on Pancasila that is theologically loaded from sources of the teachings of the Catholic Church. It is hoped that the writings in this book can help enrich the treasury of studies on Pancasila, a very valuable legacy from the founding fathers of our nation, the Indonesian nation.
